Join the Movement

Four Ways to Get Involved

Whether you are an individual student, a club leader, or an institution ready to support psychology students nationally, this page should make the entry path feel clear, credible, and welcoming.

Designed as a pathway page

Each route into EPSA now reads like a real program pathway instead of a short utility card. That means clearer expectations, better presentation, and a stronger sense of momentum.

Students Register, get verified, network nationally, and join the right campus chapter.
Club leaders Launch a chapter, recruit members from the same university, and apply for support transparently.
Partners and funders Support the movement through collaborations, sponsorships, training, and grant backing.
Clear entry points

Each audience has its own path with expectations, process, and next action presented more clearly.

National visibility

Public pages and authenticated portals now work together so participation feels part of one connected platform.

Transparent funding

Grant applications, allocations, and verification connect directly to the public funding story on the home page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is eligible to join EPSA?
Any student currently enrolled in a psychology program (undergraduate or postgraduate) at an accredited Ethiopian university is eligible. Alumni who graduated within the last 3 years may also apply.
How long does membership approval take?
The admin team reviews applications within 24–72 hours. You will receive an email notification with your EPSA Student ID upon approval.
How many students are needed to register a club?
There is no minimum requirement at registration — a single approved EPSA member can register a club and then add others via their EPSA Student IDs. However, admin may request proof of activity for clubs with fewer than 3 members.
What are the benefits of club membership?
Verified clubs gain access to the EPSA Grant Funding system, can publish posts to the national networking feed, receive invitations to national events, and get featured on the public clubs directory.
Is EPSA membership free?
Individual membership registration is completely free. Some paid training programs are offered through the platform, but basic membership and access to voting are always free of charge.
How does the grant funding process work?
Approved EPSA clubs submit project proposals through their club dashboard. The proposal includes a title, objective, budget breakdown, and timeline. The EPSA admin team reviews proposals and, once approved, funds are disbursed. After the project completes, the club president submits a financial report with receipts. The admin verifies spending and marks the project as completed — ensuring full transparency.
Can I join a club from a different university?
Currently, clubs are university-specific — you can only join or follow clubs at your own university. However, you can view public activities and follow clubs from other universities to stay updated on their work.
How is financial transparency ensured?
Every grant-funded project requires a post-completion financial report with receipts. Reports are reviewed by the EPSA admin team. Additionally, overall budget pool usage and funded vs. spent amounts are displayed publicly on the homepage's Funding Transparency dashboard.
